With a background in construction recruitment and direct experience working alongside contractors, housebuilders, and civils firms across the UK, Ricky built Phoenix Gray around the things that matter most to clients — speed, compliance, and genuine sector knowledge.

As Managing Director, Ricky leads the overall direction of the business and remains personally involved in key client relationships and senior appointments. He is the point of contact for principal contractors and developers who want a recruitment partner that understands programme pressure, not just headcount.

Kirstie oversees all financial operations at Phoenix Gray — from payroll and compliance to reporting and business planning. Her background spans recruitment finance and commercial management, giving her a precise understanding of the contractor and candidate-facing financial structures that make construction recruitment work.

Kirstie ensures that every payroll run is accurate and on time, that client invoicing is clear and correct, and that the business operates with the financial rigour that clients and candidates expect from a professional agency.

Bailey is the operational backbone of the Phoenix Gray office — managing day-to-day administration, candidate onboarding, compliance documentation, and office coordination. Her attention to detail keeps the registration and compliance process running smoothly for candidates and clients alike.
